  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been received.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

a. Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days within Australia.

b. Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days within Australia.

c. International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7-21 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
  • Free standard shipping is available for all Brisbane orders within 20km of Morningside, Qld.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
