Refund and Return Policy for SWAMP Water

At SWAMP Water, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our sparkling water products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation email) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products.
- Items purchased on clearance or as part of a final sale.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at jp@swampwater.au with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to ship your item(s).
- Package your item(s) securely and include the RA number inside the package.
Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, incorrect item).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains defective items, please contact us immediately at jp@swampwater.au. Include photos of the damaged or defective product and your order details. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel your order, contact us at jp@swampwater.au. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return.
